What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery options in Singapore:
Premium Shipping: Same day delivery, order before 12 pm (Complimentary)
Express Shipping: Next day delivery, order before 5pm (Complimentary)
Standard Shipping: estimated 7 – 14 working days
Four timeslots: 9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm 
Collect in Store – Ngee Ann City, Ion or Marina Bay Sands store: Order is available for collection 1 day after your order is confirmed. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection (Complimentary)

Delivery options in Malaysia:
Premium Delivery Service: estimated 3 - 4 working day (Complimentary)
Receive your order in a Louis Vuitton shopping bag, hand-delivered by one of our delivery ambassadors to your doorstep. This service is only available for deliveries in Kuala Lumpur, Klang and Selangor.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 - 7 working days (Complimentary)
Note: If an order contains perfumes, it may take up to 7 working days to reach you and will be sent separately.

Collect in Store – (Complimentary) store of your choice: Order is available for collection in 4 working days. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery options in New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 4-7 working days (Complimentary)
Note: If an order contains perfumes, it may take up to 7 working days to reach you and will be sent separately.

Collect in Store – store of your choice: Order is available for collection in 5 working days. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection.

To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
Confirmation e-mail
Official photo document (passport or driving license)
Payment card used for the order
If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf:
Please make sure they bring these elements as well as their own photo document and a letter of authorization signed by you.
In order to provide you with the best service, please enter carefully your complete and accurate shipping address. Town name should be entered in the "City" field and should match exactly with the postcode. May you want to add province details (ex. Kent), please type it in the "Address 2" field.

Please note that My LV Heritage and My LV World Tour orders are delivered within 8 weeks and made to order items are delivered within 5 weeks in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand.

Louis Vuitton will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. You will also receive SMS from our carrier confirming your shipment and your date of delivery (except for Watches & Jewelry). In addition, your personalized account on MyLV will allow you to follow your order status.

For payments by bank transfers please note that delivery lead times are calculated from the date when the payment is received in full.
