Merchandise, such as our men's designer t-shirts, luxury watches, and branded card holders, is eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery. Online orders may be exchanged or returned at any Louis Vuitton boutique. To begin the exchange process, please contact Client Services and adhere to the following procedures.

1. Your Client Services Advisor will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up and shipped back to us. This service is complimentary to you.
2. You will receive an email confirming your exchange/return request as well as all the pickup details. Your cancellation will be effective from the date you call us.
3. Put your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging along with the original receipt, instructional leaflet, warranty and product certificates, and returns & exchanges voucher into a parcel and seal accordingly.
4. Hand the parcel over to the courier.
