Will it be possible for the recipient to modify the selected delivery date or time slot?

If you chose the Premium service (available only in certain areas), the gift recipient will have the option to modify the delivery for a more suitable date and time via the URL indicated in the SMS sent by the transporter.

In case of difficulty, you can always reach out to our Client Services, our Client Advisors will be delighted to assist you.

The Standard delivery option does not allow modifying or choosing specific delivery dates and time slots. However, most carriers offer a second delivery attempt or the opportunity to reschedule if your recipient is not present on the day of the delivery.
